REGARDING THE APPROVAL OF THE NUMBER OF ELECTORAL UNITS, LIST OF ELECTORAL UNITS AND NUMBER OF REPRESENTATIVES TO BE Elected IN EACH ELECTORAL UNIT FOR THE PROVINCE OF TUYEN QUANG PEOPLE'S COUNCIL TERM 1999 – 2004
PURSUANT TO Article 9, Article 10, and Article 11 of the Law on Election of People's Council Deputies (amended) dated June 21, 1994;
AT THE REQUEST OF THE CHAIRMAN OF THE PROVINCE TUYEN QUANG PEOPLE'S COMMITTEE AND THE MINISTER - HEAD OF THE ORGANIZATION-CIVIL SERVICE DEPARTMENT OF THE GOVERNMENT,

WHEREAS APPROVES THE NUMBER OF 54 (FIFTY-FOUR) DEPUTIES OF THE PROVINCE TUYEN QUANG PEOPLE'S COUNCIL, 21 (TWENTY-ONE) ELECTORAL UNITS AND THE NUMBER OF DEPUTIES TO BE Elected IN EACH ELECTORAL UNIT FOR THE PROVINCE TUYEN QUANG PEOPLE'S COUNCIL (ATTACHED LIST);
THE CHAIRMAN OF THE PROVINCE TUYEN QUANG PEOPLE'S COMMITTEE, THE MINISTER - HEAD OF THE ORGANIZATION-CIVIL SERVICE DEPARTMENT OF THE GOVERNMENT AND THE MINISTER, HEAD OF THE GOVERNMENT OFFICE SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE IMPLEMENTATION OF THIS DECREE.
