THE MINISTER OF INDUSTRY
Pursuant to Decree No. 55/2003/NĐ-CP dated May 28, 2003 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Industry;
Pursuant to Decree No. 50/CP dated August 28, 1996 of the Government on the establishment, restructuring, dissolution, and bankruptcy of state-owned enterprises, and Decree No. 38/CP dated April 28, 1997 of the Government amending and supplementing certain provisions of Decree No. 50/CP;
Pursuant to Decision No. 125/QĐ-TTg dated January 28, 2003 of the Prime Minister approving the overall plan for the reorganization and modernization of State-owned corporations and enterprises under the Ministry of Industry for the period 2003-2005;
Considering the proposal of the Board of Directors of Vietnam Electronics and Information Technology Corporation at Report No. 397/ĐT-TCLĐ dated July 21, 2003;
At the recommendation of the Director of the Organization and Cadre Affairs Department,
DECISION:
Article 1. The Construction Electronics Company shall be merged into the Dong Da Electronics Company of Vietnam Electronics and Information Technology Corporation.
Article 2. The Board of Directors of Vietnam Electronics and Information Technology Corporation is tasked with organizing and implementing the merger in accordance with current regulations of the State.
Article 3. This Decision takes effect fifteen days after its publication in the Official Gazette.
The Head of the Office of the Ministry, the Inspector General of the Ministry, the Heads of Departments and Bureaus under the Ministry, the Chairman of the Board of Directors and the General Director of Vietnam Electronics and Information Technology Corporation, the Directors of the Construction Electronics Company and the Dong Da Electronics Company are responsible for enforcing this Decision.
