Regarding the Restoration of Vietnamese Nationality

PRESIDENT OF THE SOCIALIST REPUBLIC OF VIETNAM
Pursuant to Article 103 and Article 106 of the Constitution of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam 1992, as amended and supplemented by Resolution No. 51/2001/QH10 dated December 25, 2001 of the tenth session of the tenth National Assembly;
Pursuant to the Nationality Law 1998;
Considering the proposal of the Government at the Memorandum No. 160/TTr-CP dated November 30, 2006.
DECISION:
Article 1. Grant restoration of Vietnamese nationality to the five ladies named in the attached list.
Article 2. This Decision takes effect from the date of signature.
The Prime Minister, the Minister of Justice, the Director of the Office of the President, and the ladies named in the List under Article 1 shall be responsible for implementing this Decision./.
