PRIME MINISTER
Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government dated December 25, 2001;
Considering the proposal of the Steering Committee for Coordinating the Development of Key Economic Zones and the Minister of Planning and Investment,
DECISION:
Article 1. This Decision promulgates the Regulation on Coordination among Ministries, Sectors, and Localities for Key Economic Zones attached hereto.
Article 2. The Ministers, Heads of Ministries equivalent to Ministries, Heads of Government Agencies; Chairpersons of People's Committees of provinces and centrally governed cities (hereinafter referred to as provincial level) within key economic zones shall be responsible for implementing this Decision.
The Steering Committee for Coordinating the Development of Key Economic Zones shall take the lead and coordinate with the Government Office and the Ministry of Planning and Investment to monitor, urge, and inspect the implementation of the Regulation, reporting periodically every six months and annually to the Prime Minister.
Article 3. This Decision takes effect fifteen days after its publication in the Official Gazette./.
