Regarding the change of the Head of the Committee for Non-Governmental Organizations

PRIME MINISTER
Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government dated September 30, 1992;
At the proposal of the Minister and Head of the Government Office,
DECISION:
Article 1: The Minister, Chairman of the Government Office ceases to hold the position of Head of the Committee for Non-Governmental Organizations.
Article 2: The Minister, Director of the Personnel Organization Board of the Government assumes the position of Head of the Committee for Non-Governmental Organizations.
Article 3: This Decision shall take effect fifteen days from the date of signature.
Abolish Point 1 and Point 3 of Article 3 of Decision No. 339/TTg dated May 24, 1996 of the Prime Minister on the establishment of the Committee for Non-Governmental Organizations.
Article 4. The Minister, Chairman of the Government Office, the Minister, Director of the Personnel Organization Board of the Government, and the Committee for Non-Governmental Organizations are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
