Pursuant to Decree No. 187/2007/ND-CP dated December 25, 2007 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Information and Communications;
Pursuant to Decree No. 102/2009/ND-CP dated November 6, 2009 of the Government on management of investment in information technology application using state budget funds;
Pursuant to Circular No. 06/2011/TT-BTTTT dated February 28, 2011 of the Ministry of Information and Communications on the establishment and management of costs for investment in information technology application;
At the proposal of the Director of the Department of Planning and Finance,
DECISION:
Article 1. The standard rates for database creation in information technology application activities are hereby promulgated along with this Decision for relevant agencies, organizations, and individuals to refer to and use in their work related to database creation in information technology application activities.
Article 2. This Decision shall take effect from the date of signing.
Article 3. The Director of the Office, Heads of the Planning and Finance Department, Heads of relevant agencies and units shall be responsible for implementing this Decision./.
