Regarding the transfer of the Hòn Gai Coal Medical Center
which is a subordinate unit of the Vietnam Coal Industry Labor Medical Center under the Vietnam Coal Corporation
to the People's Committee of Quang Ninh Province for management
THE MINISTER OF INDUSTRY
Pursuant to Decree No. 74/CP dated November 1, 1995 of the Government on the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Industry;
Pursuant to Decree No. 50/CP dated August 28, 1996 of the Government on the establishment, restructuring, dissolution, and bankruptcy of state-owned enterprises;
Pursuant to the Prime Minister's opinion in Circular No. 14/CP-ĐMDN dated February 2, 2000, and the conclusion at the meeting to implement between relevant ministries, sectors, and localities (Notification No. 04/TB-VP dated March 29, 2000 of the Ministry of Industry);
Based on the proposal of the Board of Directors of the Vietnam Coal Corporation (memorandum No. 387CV/HĐQT dated November 17, 1999) and the Director of the Personnel and Cadres Department,
DECISION:
Article 1. The Hòn Gai Coal Medical Center, a subordinate unit of the Vietnam Coal Industry Labor Medical Center under the Vietnam Coal Corporation, shall be transferred in its current state to the People's Committee of Quang Ninh Province for management.
Article 2. THE GENERAL DIRECTOR OF THE VIETNAM COAL CORPORATION IS RESPONSIBLE FOR WORKING WITH THE PEOPLE'S COMMITTEE OF QUANG NINH PROVINCE TO DIRECT THE TRANSFER IN ACCORDANCE WITH CURRENT NATIONAL REGULATIONS.
Article 3. This Decision takes effect from May 1, 2000. Any previous documents that conflict with this Decision are hereby abolished.
The Director of the Ministry's Office, the Inspector General, Heads of Departments, Directors of Bureaus, Chairman of the Board of Management, and General Director of the Vietnam Coal Corporation, Director of the Vietnam Coal Industry Labor Medical Center, and Director of the Hòn Gai Coal Medical Center are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
