ON THE RENAMING OF THE FOREST PRODUCTS EXPLOITATION AND PROCESSING COMPANY GIA NGHIA
TO THE GIA NGHIA COMPANY Pursuant to Decision No. 761/TCLD dated October 28, 1995 of the Ministry of Forestry, now the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development, regarding the establishment of the Forest Products Exploitation and Processing Company Gia Nghia under the Vietnam Timber Corporation;

Pursuant to Decree No. 73/CP dated November 1, 1995 of the Government on the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development;
Considering the proposal of the Board of Directors of the Vietnam Timber Corporation at Circular No. 11/HĐQT/TCLD/CV dated January 13, 2000;
- The Forest Products Exploitation and Processing Company Gia Nghia is hereby renamed the Gia Nghia Company.

- Land leveling, reclamation in agriculture and forestry; construction of irrigation canals, water reservoirs, and dams
- Construction of various types of asphalt roads (up to Class III), small bridges and culverts; construction of civil works up to Group C
- This Decision shall take effect fifteen days from the date of issuance.
