THE MINISTER OF INDUSTRY
Pursuant to the Government Decree No. 74/CP dated November 1, 1995 on the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Industry;
Pursuant to the Notification No. 3479/TB-VHTT dated August 18, 2000 of the Minister of Culture and Information on the planning of the press network;
Considering the proposal of the Director of the Vietnam Geological and Mineral Resources Department (in Document No. 246/CV-ĐCKS dated March 14, 2001);
At the suggestion of the Director of the Department of Organization and Cadres,
DECISION:
Article 1. The Mineral Economic Geology Magazine shall be merged into the Geology Magazine under the Vietnam Geological and Mineral Resources Department.
Article 2. The Director of the Vietnam Geological and Mineral Resources Department is responsible for organizing the merger of the Mineral Economic Geology Magazine into the Geology Magazine in accordance with the current regulations of the State.
Article 3. THIS DECISION SHALL TAKE EFFECT 15 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF SIGNATURE.
The Head of the Ministry's Office, the Inspector General of the Ministry, the Heads of the Departments under the Ministry, the Director of the Vietnam Geological and Mineral Resources Department, the Chief Editor of the Mineral Economic Geology Magazine, and the Chief Editor of the Geology Magazine are responsible for implementing this Decision./
