DECISION
Regarding the renaming of Co Loa Mechanical Plantto Co Loa Mechanical Company
THE MINISTER OF INDUSTRY
Pursuant to Decree No. 74/CP dated November 1, 1995 of the Government on the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Industry;
Pursuant to Decree No. 50/CP dated August 28, 1996 of the Government on the establishment, restructuring, dissolution, and bankruptcy of state-owned enterprises, and Decree No. 38/CP dated April 28, 1997 of the Government amending and supplementing certain provisions of Decree No. 50/CP;
Considering the proposal of the Vietnam Engine and Agricultural Machinery Corporation at Official Letter No. 106/MĐL-NN/VP dated April 3, 2002 regarding the renaming of Co Loa Mechanical Plant;
Following the proposal of the Director of the Personnel and Organization Department;
DECISION:
Article 1. The Co Loa Mechanical Plant is renamed to Co Loa Mechanical Company under the Vietnam Engine and Agricultural Machinery Corporation.
International trade name: Co Loa Mechanical Company, abbreviated as COLOAMEC.
Main office located at Dong Anh Town, Dong Anh District, Hanoi.
Article 2. Co Loa Mechanical Company is a member unit of the Vietnam Engine and Agricultural Machinery Corporation, operating independently with full legal capacity, having a bank account, and using a seal for its activities in accordance with the law.
Article 3. Business activities of the Company:
- Production of industrial machinery, transportation vehicles, and agricultural machinery;
- Manufacturing, renovation, and assembly of transportation means.
Article 4. This Decision shall take effect fifteen days from the date of signature. Any conflicting previous documents are hereby abolished.
The Head of the Ministry's Office, the Inspector General, Heads of Departments and Bureaus under the Ministry, the Chairman of the Board of Directors and the General Director of the Vietnam Engine and Agricultural Machinery Corporation, and the Director of Co Loa Mechanical Company are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
