DECISION
Regarding the issuance of the Minimum List of Teaching Equipment for Grade 9

MINISTER OF EDUCATION AND TRAINING
Pursuant to Decree No. 86/2002/NĐ-CP dated November 5, 2002 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of Ministries and ministerial-level agencies;
Pursuant to Decree No. 85/2003/ND-CP dated July 18, 2003 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Education and Training;
Pursuant to Decision No. 03/2002/QD-BGD&ĐT dated January 24, 2002 of the Minister of Education and Training on issuing the Secondary School Curriculum;
Based on the evaluation report of sample educational equipment for Grade 9 subjects dated April 10, 2005;
At the proposal of the Director of the Secondary Education Department and the Director of the Planning and Finance Department,
DECISION:
Article 1. Issued herewith is the Minimum List of Teaching Equipment for Grade 9 of the Secondary School Curriculum issued pursuant to Decision No. 03/2002/QD-BGD&ĐT dated January 24, 2002 of the Minister of Education and Training.
Article 2. Based on the Minimum List of Teaching Equipment for Grade 9 issued herein, the Departments of Education and Training shall be responsible for directing secondary education management agencies to purchase, produce, and implement the use thereof to serve teaching and learning activities at secondary schools.
Article 3. This Decision takes effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette. The Heads of the Office, the Directors of the Secondary Education Department, the Directors of the Planning and Finance Department, the Heads of relevant units under the Ministry of Education and Training, and the Directors of the Departments of Education and Training are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
