DECISION:
Article 1. Pursuant to Decision No. 1389/QĐ-BKHCN dated June 1, 2005 of the Minister of Science and Technology on the issuance of Regulations on分级质量管理干部;
Article 2. This Decision takes effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette.
Article 3. The Heads of the Cadre Organization Department, the Director of the Office, and the Heads of subordinate units under the Ministry shall be responsible for implementing this Decision./.
