Regarding the issuance of the List of Major Tree Species for Planting Production Forestsaccording to nine forest ecological regions.

THE MINISTER OF AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT
Considering the proposal of the Director of the Department of Animal Health, the Head of the Science and Technology Division.
On the basis of the Seedling Law No. 15/2004/PL-UBTVQH11 dated December 24, 1999 of the Standing Committee of the National Assembly;
On the basis of Directive No. 19/2004/CT-TTg dated June 1, 2004 of the Prime Minister on certain measures to develop the wood processing industry and export wood products;
At the proposal of the Director of the Forest Management Department and the Deputy Minister of Science and Technology,
DECISION:
Article 1. Attached hereto is the "List of Major Tree Species for Planting Production Forests according to Nine Forest Ecological Regions."
Article 2. In each period, the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development will adjust and supplement the List of Major Tree Species for Planting Production Forests to meet the needs of forestry economic development and production and business requirements.
Article 3. The Standard Measurement Quality Control Department shall be responsible for organizing and guiding the implementation of the Regulations adopted herein.
Article 4. The Heads of the Office, the Directors of the Forest Department, the Deputy Ministers of Science and Technology, the Directors of Provincial Departments of Agriculture and Rural Development under the Central Government, and the Heads of related units are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
