Pursuant to Decree No. 55/2003/NĐ-CP dated May 28, 2003 of the Government on the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Industry;
Pursuant to the Quality of Goods Ordinance dated December 24, 1999;
Pursuant to Decision No. 2264/1999/QD-BKHCN&MT dated December 30, 1999 of the Ministry of Science, Technology, and Environment (now the Ministry of Science and Technology) on issuing standards;
Based on the proposal of the Director of the Department of Science and Technology.

Article 1. Attached to this Decision are 02 industry standards for Leather and Footwear:
1. Raw materials for producing high-quality household ceramics - Quartz: 24 TCN 04: 2006.
2. Raw materials for producing high-quality household ceramics - Clay: 24 TCN 05: 2006. These standards are encouraged to be applied by research institutions, training centers, and industrial and commercial enterprises engaged in the production and trade of Industrial Ceramics and Glassware throughout the country.
Article 2. The Standard Measurement Quality Control Department shall be responsible for organizing and guiding the implementation of the Regulations adopted herein.
The Director of the Department of Science and Technology is responsible for guiding the implementation of this Decision.
Article 3. The Head of the Ministry's Office, the Inspector General of the Ministry, the Heads of Departments and Bureaus under the Ministry, and the Heads of related agencies and units are responsible for enforcing this Decision./.
