BASED ON THE GOVERNMENT DECREE NO. 54/2003/NĐ-CP OF MAY 19, 2003 ON THE FUNCTIONS, TASKS, POWERS, AND ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE OF THE MINISTRY OF SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY AND THE GOVERNMENT DECREE NO. 28/2004/NĐ-CP OF JANUARY 16, 2004 ON AMENDMENTS AND SUPPLEMENTS TO CERTAIN PROVISIONS OF GOVERNMENT DECREE NO. 54/2003/NĐ-CP;
BASED ON THE PRIME MINISTER'S DECISION NO. 444/QĐ-TTg OF MAY 26, 2005 APPROVING THE IMPLEMENTATION PLAN TO IMPLEMENT THE TECHNICAL BARRIERS TO TRADE AGREEMENT IN COMMERCE;
At the request of the Director General of the Standardization, Measurement, and Quality Control Department,
DECISION:
Article 1. ATTACHED TO THIS DECISION ARE THE REGULATIONS ON THE ORGANIZATION AND IMPLEMENTATION OF TASKS UNDER THE IMPLEMENTATION PLAN TO IMPLEMENT THE TECHNICAL BARRIERS TO TRADE AGREEMENT FOR THE PERIOD 2006 - 2010.
Article 2. The Standard Measurement Quality Control Department shall be responsible for organizing and guiding the implementation of the Regulations adopted herein.
Article 3. THE HEAD OF THE OFFICE, DIRECTORS OF PLANNING AND FINANCE DEPARTMENT, DIRECTOR OF THE STANDARDS, MEASUREMENTS AND QUALITY CONTROL GENERAL DEPARTMENT, HEADS OF MINISTRY UNITS, AND RELATED ORGANIZATIONS, ENTITIES, AND INDIVIDUALS SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ENFORCING THIS DECISION.
