BASED ON DECREE NO. 91/2002/NĐ-CP OF THE GOVERNMENT DATED NOVEMBER 11, 2002, PROVIDING THE FUNCTIONS, TASKS, POWERS, AND ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE OF THE MINISTRY OF NATURAL RESOURCES AND ENVIRONMENT;functions, duties, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment;
On the basis of DECISION NO. 10/2005/QĐ-BTNMT OF THE MINISTER OF NATURAL RESOURCES AND ENVIRONMENT DATED OCTOBER 24, 2005, regarding issues ECONOMIC AND TECHNICAL STANDARDS FOR THE PREPARATION AND ADJUSTMENT OF LAND USE PLANS AND PROGRAMS;
AFTER RECEIVING UNIFIED OPINIONS FROM THE MINISTRY OF FINANCE IN LETTER NO. 8797/BTC-HCSN DATED JULY 20, 2006, AND FROM THE MINISTRY OF PLANNING AND INVESTMENT IN LETTER NO. 6500/BKH-KHGDTN&MT DATED SEPTEMBER 1, 2006;
AT THE RECOMMENDATION OF THE HEAD OF THE PLANNING AND FINANCE DEPARTMENT AND THE HEAD OF THE LEGAL AFFAIRS DEPARTMENT.

Article 1. ATTACHED TO THIS DECISION ARE THE UNIT PRICES FOR THE PREPARATION AND ADJUSTMENT OF NATIONAL AND REGIONAL LAND USE PLANS AND PROGRAMS TO BE USED AS A BASIS FOR THE PREPARATION, REVIEW, APPROVAL OF BUDGET ESTIMATES, AND SETTLEMENT OF EXPENSES FOR IMPLEMENTATION OF PROJECTS.
Article 2. THIS DECISION SHALL TAKE EFFECT 15 DAYS FOLLOWING ITS PUBLICATION IN THE OFFICIAL GAZETTE.
Article 3. THE CHIEF OF THE MINISTRY’S OFFICE, THE HEAD OF THE PLANNING AND FINANCE DEPARTMENT, THE HEAD OF THE LEGAL AFFAIRS DEPARTMENT, THE DIRECTOR OF THE LAND PLANNING AND SURVEY CENTER, AND THE HEADS OF RELATED UNITS SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ENFORCEMENT OF THIS DECISION.
