ISSUING THE PROGRAM OF ACTION OF THE GOVERNMENT TO IMPLEMENT THE RESOLUTION
OF THE FOURTH SESSION OF THE TENTH TERM CENTRAL COMMITTEE OF THE COMMUNIST PARTY ON SOME
MAJOR POLICIES AND STRATEGIES FOR THE ECONOMY TO DEVELOP QUICKLY AND SUSTAINABLY WHEN VIETNAM BECOMES A MEMBER OF THE WORLD TRADE ORGANIZATION
BASED ON RESOLUTION NO. 08-NQ/TW DATED FEBRUARY 5, 2007 OF THE FOURTH SESSION OF THE TENTH TERM CENTRAL COMMITTEE OF THE COMMUNIST PARTY ON SOME MAJOR POLICIES AND STRATEGIES FOR THE ECONOMY TO DEVELOP QUICKLY AND SUSTAINABLY WHEN VIETNAM BECOMES A MEMBER OF THE WORLD TRADE ORGANIZATION;

THE GOVERNMENT
Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government dated December 25, 2001;
CONSIDERING THE PROPOSAL OF THE MINISTER OF TRADE AND THE CHAIRMAN OF THE GOVERNMENT OFFICE;
DECIDES:
TO ISSUE WITH THIS RESOLUTION THE PROGRAM OF ACTION OF THE GOVERNMENT TO IMPLEMENT THE RESOLUTION OF THE FOURTH SESSION OF THE TENTH TERM CENTRAL COMMITTEE OF THE COMMUNIST PARTY ON SOME MAJOR POLICIES AND STRATEGIES FOR THE ECONOMY TO DEVELOP QUICKLY AND SUSTAINABLY WHEN VIETNAM BECOMES A MEMBER OF THE WORLD TRADE ORGANIZATION.
Article 1. THIS RESOLUTION SHALL TAKE EFFECT 15 DAYS AFTER ITS PUBLICATION IN THE OFFICIAL GAZETTE.
Article 2. THE MINISTERS, HEADS OF GOVERNMENT MINISTRIES, HEADS OF GOVERNMENT AFFILIATED BODIES, CHAIRMEN OF PROVINCE AND CITY PEOPLE'S COUNCILS DIRECTLY UNDER THE CENTRAL GOVERNMENT ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ENFORCING THIS RESOLUTION.
Article 3. The Ministers, Heads of ministerial-level agencies, Heads of government agencies, Chairpersons of People's Committees of provinces and centrally governed cities shall be responsible for implementing this Resolution.
