THE MINISTER OF EDUCATION AND TRAINING
Pursuant to Decree No. 86/2002/NĐ-CP dated November 5, 2002 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of Ministries and Ministerial-level agencies;
Pursuant to Decree No. 85/2003/NĐ-CP dated July 18, 2003 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Education and Training;
Based on the results of the evaluation by the Evaluation Council for the Framework Curriculum for Higher Education at College Level in Early Childhood Education Major under the Teacher Training Field on December 27, 2006;
Considering the proposal of the Director of the Department of Universities and Graduate Education.
Issued along with this Decision is the Framework Curriculum for Higher Education at College Level in Early Childhood Education Major under the Teacher Training Field.

Article 1. The framework curriculum issued along with this Decision shall be used in universities, academies, university-level institutions, and college-level institutions that have the responsibility to train in the Early Childhood Education major.
Article 2. The Standard Measurement Quality Control Department shall be responsible for organizing and guiding the implementation of the Regulations adopted herein.
The Department of Universities and Graduate Education Director shall be responsible for guiding universities, academies, and college-level institutions that train in the Early Childhood Education major to develop specific education programs and organize the compilation of textbooks in accordance with regulations.
Article 3. The Head of the Office, the Director of the Department of Universities and Graduate Education, the Heads of relevant units under the Ministry of Education and Training, the Rectors of universities and academies, and the Principals of colleges are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
Article 4. The Head of the Office, the Director of the Department of Universities and Postgraduate Education, the Heads of relevant units under the Ministry of Education and Training, the Rectors of universities and academies, and the Presidents of colleges are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
