Pursuant to the Law on Standards and Technical Regulations dated June 29, 2006;
Pursuant to Decree No. 54/2003/NĐ-CP dated May 19, 2003 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Science and Technology, and Decree No. 28/2004/NĐ-CP dated January 16, 2004 of the Government amending and supplementing certain articles of Decree No. 54/2003/NĐ-CP;
Considering the proposal of the Director General of the Standardization, Measurement, and Quality Control Department,
DECISION:

Article 1. The "National Technical Regulation on Gasoline and Diesel Fuel" is hereby issued together with this Decision.

Article 2. The Standard Measurement Quality Control Department shall be responsible for organizing and guiding the implementation of the Regulations adopted herein.

Article 3. The General Directors of Standardization, Measurement, and Quality Control, heads of relevant agencies, organizations, and individuals shall be responsible for implementing this Decision.
