THE MINISTER OF LABOR, WAR INVALIDS AND SOCIAL AFFAIRS

Pursuant to the Vocational Training Law dated November 29, 2006;

Pursuant to Decree No. 29/2003/NĐ-CP dated March 31, 2003 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs;

At the proposal of the General Director of the Vocational Training Administration.

DECISION:

Article 1. Issuing temporarily along with this Decision the Catalogue of 48 trades for vocational college level and intermediate vocational level training in 2007.

Article 2. This Decision takes effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette.

Article 3. Ministers, Heads of ministerial-level agencies, Heads of agencies under the Government, Heads of central agencies of political and social organizations; Chairpersons of People's Committees of provinces and centrally governed cities; Directors of the Office of the Ministry, General Directors of the Vocational Training Administration; Directors of provincial and centrally governed city Departments of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs; Principals of vocational colleges and intermediate vocational schools; Principals of intermediate specialized schools, colleges, and universities registered for intermediate vocational and vocational college level training activities; Heads of related agencies are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
