AT THE PROPOSAL OF THE DIRECTOR OF THE IMPORT-EXPORT DEPARTMENT,
AMENDS THE NAME AND CODE IN GROUP 4, ARTICLE 1 OF ANNEX 3 OF THE REGULATIONS ON THE ISSUE OF ORIGIN CERTIFICATES FOR VIETNAM'S EXPORT GOODS - MODEL D TO ENJOY BENEFITS UNDER THE "AGREEMENT ON THE GRANTING OF PREFERENTIAL TARIFFS WITH MUTUAL EFFECTIVENESS (CEPT) FOR THE ESTABLISHMENT OF AN ASEAN FREE TRADE AREA" ISSUED ALONG WITH THE DECISION OF THE MINISTER OF TRADE NUMBER 1420/2004/QĐ-BTM OF OCTOBER 4, 2004 AS FOLLOWS:

DECISION:
Article 1. CODE: "66"
THIS DECISION SHALL TAKE EFFECT 15 DAYS AFTER ITS PUBLICATION IN THE OFFICIAL GAZETTE.
THE DIRECTOR OF THE IMPORT-EXPORT DEPARTMENT, HEADS OF AGENCIES AND UNITS UNDER THE MINISTRY OF TRADE, AND ASSOCIATED ORGANIZATIONS AND INDIVIDUALS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR IMPLEMENTING THIS DECISION.
Article 2. Quyết định này có hiệu lực thi hành sau 15 ngày, kể từ ngày đăng Công báo. ||| This Decision shall take effect fifteen days after its publication in the Official Gazette.
Article 3. Vụ trưởng Vụ Xuất Nhập khẩu, Thủ trưởng các cơ quan, đơn vị thuộc Bộ Thương mại, các tổ chức, cá nhân có liên quan chịu trách nhiệm thi hành quyết định này. ||| The Director of the Import-Export Department, Heads of agencies and units under the Ministry of Trade, relevant organizations and individuals shall be responsible for implementing this Decision.
