Issuing Regulations on Teachers' Ethics
THE MINISTER OF EDUCATION AND TRAINING
Pursuant to the Education Law dated June 14, 2005;
Pursuant to Decree No. 178/2007/NĐ-CP dated December 3, 2007 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of Ministries and ministerial-level agencies;
Pursuant to Decree No. 32/2008/NĐ-CP dated March 19, 2008 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Education and Training;
At the request of the Director of the General Education Personnel and Educational Management Bureau,
DECISION:
Article 1. These Regulations on Teachers' Ethics are promulgated together with this Decision.
Article 2. This Decision shall take effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette.
Article 3. The Director of the Office, the Director of the Teacher and Educational Management Staff Department, the Heads of relevant units under the Ministry of Education and Training, the Heads of educational and training management departments of other Ministries, the Directors of provincial education and training departments, the Rectors of universities and academies, and the Principals of university, college, and vocational high schools are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
