Issuing the framework program for intermediate vocational level and the framework program for college-level vocational education for the profession "Electrical Installation and Control Technology in Industry"
THE MINISTER OF LABOR, INVALIDS AND SOCIAL AFFAIRS
Pursuant to the Vocational Training Law dated November 29, 2006;
Pursuant to Decree No. 186/2007/NĐ-CP dated December 25, 2007 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Labor - War Invalids and Social Affairs;
Pursuant to Decision No. 01/2007/QĐ-BLĐTBXH dated January 4, 2007, issued by the Minister of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs, regarding the regulations on the framework program for intermediate vocational level and the framework program for college-level vocational education;
Considering the proposal of the Appraisal Council regarding the issuance of the framework program for intermediate vocational level and the framework program for college-level vocational education for the profession "Electrical Installation and Control Technology in Industry";
At the proposal of the General Director of the Vocational Training Administration,
DECISION:
Article 1. Attached to this Decision is the framework program for intermediate vocational level and the framework program for college-level vocational education for the profession: "Electrical Installation and Control Technology in Industry";
Based on the aforementioned framework programs, the Rectors of vocational colleges, intermediate vocational schools, intermediate specialized schools, colleges, and universities that have registered to provide intermediate and college-level vocational training shall determine, organize the appraisal, and approve the vocational training programs applicable to their institutions.
Article 2. This Decision takes effect fifteen days after its publication in the Official Gazette.
Article 3. The Ministries, ministerial-level agencies, governmental agencies, political-social organizations, People's Committees of provinces and centrally governed cities, the Vocational Training Administration, vocational colleges, intermediate vocational schools, intermediate specialized schools, colleges, and universities that have registered to provide intermediate and college-level vocational training for the profession "Electrical Installation and Control Technology in Industry," and related units are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
