AMENDING AND SUPPLEMENTING THE GOVERNMENT DECREE NO. 105/2004/NĐ-CP ON INDEPENDENT AUDITING

THE GOVERNMENT
Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government dated December 25, 2001;
Based on the Accounting Law dated June 17, 2003;
Pursuant to the Enterprise Law dated November 29, 2005;
Considering the proposal of the Minister of Finance,
DECREE:
Article 1. AMEND AND SUPPLEMENT POINT b, CLAUSE 1, ARTICLE 13 OF THE GOVERNMENT DECREE NO. 105/2004/NĐ-CP DATED MARCH 30, 2004 ON INDEPENDENT AUDITING AS FOLLOWS:
"b) Hold a bachelor's degree or higher in Economics - Finance - Banking or Accounting - Auditing, and have at least five years of practical experience in finance and accounting, or at least four years of practical experience as an audit assistant in an auditing firm from the year indicated on the bachelor's degree to the year of registration for the examination."
Article 2. THIS DECREE SHALL TAKE EFFECT FROM APRIL 20, 2011.
THE MINISTER, HEADS OF GOVERNMENTAL BODIES AT THE MINISTERIAL LEVEL, HEADS OF GOVERNMENTAL BODIES UNDER THE GOVERNMENT, CHAIRMEN OF PROVINCE PEOPLE'S COMMITTEES AND URBAN CITY PEOPLE'S COMMITTEES DIRECTLY UNDER THE CENTRAL GOVERNMENT ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE IMPLEMENTATION OF THIS DECREE./.
