The Minister of Industry and Trade promulgates the National Technical Regulation on Waterproof Explosive Cord. explosion-proofước.

Article 1. The accompanying this Circular is the "National Technical Regulation on Waterproof Explosive Cord." Designation: QCVN 04 : 2015/BCT.

Article 2. Effective Date

This Circular takes effect from December 22, 2015.

Article 3. Responsibility for Implementation

1. Organizations and individuals related to this matter shall be responsible for implementing this Circular.

2. In case of difficulties or obstacles, organizations and individuals shall promptly reflect them to the Ministry of Industry and Trade for consideration and resolution./.
