CIRCULAR
Issuing the Regulation on Coordination for Air Operations between the Air Defense - Air Force Corps and Vietnam Helicopter Corporation
Pursuant to the Law on Legislative Documents dated June 22, 2015;
On the basis of the Civil Aviation Law dated June 29, 2006; the Law Amending and Supplementing Some Articles of the Civil Aviation Law dated November 21, 2014;
Pursuant to DecreeDecree No. 125/2015/NĐ-CP dated December 4, 2015 of the Government detailing regulations on air operation management;Decree No. 125/2015/NĐ-CP dated December 4, 2015 of the Government detailing regulations on air operation management;
Pursuant to Decree No. 164/2017/NĐ-CP dated December 30, 2017 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of National Defense;
At the proposal of the Director of the Economic Department of the Ministry of National Defense;
The Minister of National Defense issues this Circular to issue the Regulation on Coordination for Air Operations between the Air Defense - Air Force Corps and Vietnam Helicopter Corporation.
Article 1. Attached to this Circular is the "Regulation on Coordination for Air Operations between the Air Defense - Air Force Corps and Vietnam Helicopter Corporation".
Article 2. This Circular takes effect from March 20, 2018 and replaces Decision No. 47/2007/QĐ-BQP dated April 4, 2007 of the Minister of National Defense on the issuance of the Regulation on Coordination for Air Operations between the Air Defense - Air Force Corps and Vietnam Air Service Corporation.
Article 3. The Commander of the Air Defense - Air Force Corps, the General Director of Vietnam Helicopter Corporation, and the Heads of relevant agencies and units are responsible for implementing this Circular./.
