CIRCULAR

Issuing a minimum training equipment list for intermediate level and college level in 19 fields and trades.

for 98 occupations and trades at the college level

Pursuant to the Vocational Education Law dated November 27, 2014;

Pursuant to Decree No. 14/2017/NĐ-CP dated February 17, 2017 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Labor, Invalids, and Social Affairs;

Based on the proposal of the Director General of the General Department of Vocational Education;

The Minister of Labor, Invalids, and Social Affairs promulgates this Circular prescribing the minimum training equipment list for intermediate and college levels for 98 occupations and trades.

Article 2This Circular takes effect from December 23, 2021.

Article 3The Ministries, ministerial-level agencies, government agencies, political and social organizations, People's Committees of provinces and centrally governed cities, the General Department of Vocational Education and Training, vocational education and training institutions registered for intermediate and college levels for the professions and trades specified in Article 1 of this Circular, and related units shall be responsible for implementing this Circular.

In the course of implementation, if there are any difficulties, they are requested to promptly report to the Ministry of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs for study and resolution./.
