Issuing Technical and Economic Norms for Collecting and Processing Digital Image Data from Unmanned Aerial Vehicles for the Construction and Updating of National Geospatial Database at Scales of 1:2000 and 1:5000, and for Establishing Topographic Maps at Scales of 1:500 and 1:1000
Pursuant to the Law on Surveying and Mapping dated June 14, 2018;
Pursuant to Decree No. 27/2019/NĐ-CP dated March 13, 2019 of the Government detailing certain provisions of the Law on Surveying and Mapping; Decree No. 136/2021/NĐ-CP dated December 31, 2021 of the Government amending and supplementing certain provisions of Decree No. 27/2019/NĐ-CP dated March 13, 2019 of the Government detailing certain provisions of the Law on Surveying and Mapping;
Pursuant to Decree No. 68/2022/NĐ-CP dated September 22, 2022 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment;
At the request of the Director of the Vietnam National Committee for Surveying, Mapping and Geographic Information, the Head of the Department of Planning and Finance, and the Head of the Legal Department;
The Minister of Natural Resources and Environment hereby issues this Circular on Technical and Economic Norms for Collecting and Processing Digital Image Data from Unmanned Aerial Vehicles for the Construction and Updating of National Geospatial Database at Scales of 1:2000 and 1:5000, and for Establishing Topographic Maps at Scales of 1:500 and 1:1000.
Article 1. This Circular includes Technical and Economic Norms for Collecting and Processing Digital Image Data from Unmanned Aerial Vehicles for the Construction and Updating of National Geospatial Database at Scales of 1:2000 and 1:5000, and for Establishing Topographic Maps at Scales of 1:500 and 1:1000.
Article 2. Effectiveness
This Circular shall take effect from December 30, 2022.
Article 3. Implementation
1. Ministries, ministerial-level agencies, government-affiliated agencies, provincial People's Committees, heads of units under the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment, provincial Departments of Natural Resources and Environment, and related organizations and individuals are responsible for implementing this Circular.
2. In the course of implementation, if there are difficulties or obstacles, agencies, organizations, and individuals are requested to promptly report to the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment for consideration and decision-making./.
