DECREE-LAW
OF THE PRESIDENT OF THE DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC OF VIETNAM
NO. 16/SL DATED FEBRUARY 31, 1950
PRESIDENT
OF THE DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC OF VIETNAM
HO CHI MINH
Pursuant to Decree-Law No. 254-SL dated November 19, 1948 organizing local people's administration during the resistance period;
Pursuant to Decree-Law No. 150-SL dated November 4, 1949 defining the tasks of the Ministry of Interior;
Pursuant to Decree-Law No. 127-SL dated November 4, 1949 merging two zones 1 and 10 into Northern Vietnam Zone;
Pursuant to the proposal of the Minister of Interior;
In accordance with the resolution of the Council of Ministers,
ISSUES THE FOLLOWING DECREE-LAW:
Article 1: Mr. Nguyen Huu Tao, former member of the Resistance Administrative Committee of Zone 1, is hereby appointed as a member of the Resistance Administrative Committee of Northern Vietnam Zone.
Article 2: The Minister of Interior shall implement this Decree-Law accordingly.
