Regarding the establishment of the Management Board for Industrial Zones of Ha Tinh Province
PRIME MINISTER
Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government dated December 25, 2001;
Pursuant to Decree No. 36/CP dated April 24, 1997 of the Government promulgating the Regulations on industrial zones, export processing zones, and high-tech parks;
Considering the proposal of the Chairman of the People's Committee of Ha Tinh Province at Document No. 141/TT-UB dated October 21, 2002, and the Minister of Home Affairs at Document No. 678/TTr-BNV dated November 7, 2002,
DECISION:
Article 1. The Management Board for Industrial Zones of Ha Tinh Province is established under the People's Committee of Ha Tinh Province to manage industrial zones within the territory of Ha Tinh Province.
The Management Board for Industrial Zones of Ha Tinh Province shall perform tasks and exercise powers related to managing industrial zones as prescribed in Article 27 of the Regulation on Industrial Zones, Export Processing Zones, and High-Tech Zones issued together with Decree No. 36/CP dated April 24, 1997 of the Government.
The Management Board for Industrial Zones of Ha Tinh Province has legal personality, a bank account, and a seal bearing the national emblem. The staffing and operating budget of the Board are included in the state budget allocated to Ha Tinh Province.
Article 2. The Management Board for Industrial Zones of Ha Tinh Province shall have a Director appointed by the Prime Minister; several Deputy Directors and some members appointed by the Chairman of the People's Committee of Ha Tinh Province.
The Management Board for Industrial Zones of Ha Tinh Province shall have an organizational structure as prescribed in Article 28 of Decree No. 36/CP dated April 24, 1997 of the Government.
Article 3. This Decision takes effect from the date of signature.
Article 4. The Ministers, Heads of ministerial-level agencies, Heads of government agencies, the Chairman of the People's Committee of Ha Tinh Province, and the Director of the Management Board for Industrial Zones of Ha Tinh Province are responsible for implementing this Decision.
