REGARDING THE ESTABLISHMENT OF THE INSTITUTE FOR TECHNOLOGY APPLICATION RESEARCH
PRIME MINISTER
Pursuant to the Government Organization Law dated September 30, 1992;
Pursuant to Decree No. 65/CP dated September 29, 1993 of the Government on the reorganization of the National Institute of Technology Research;
Considering the proposal of the Minister of Science, Technology and Environment and the Minister, Head of the Organization and Cadres Affairs Council of the Government;
DECISION:
Article 1. The Institute for Technology Application Research under the Ministry of Science, Technology and Environment is hereby established based on the reorganization of scientific research units of the former National Institute of Technology Research.
The Institute for Technology Application Research is a public service entity with legal personality, having its own seal and separate account at the State Treasury.
Article 2. The research organization of the Institute shall consist of Institutes or Research and Development Centers. The Minister of Science, Technology and Environment shall decide on the establishment, dissolution, and specific tasks of organizations within the Institute, and approve the organizational and operational charter of the Institute.
Article 3. The Institute for Technology Application Research shall be led by the Director, assisted by one or two Deputy Directors. The Director and Deputy Directors shall be appointed and relieved of their duties by the Minister of Science, Technology and Environment.
Article 4. This Decision shall take effect from the date of issuance. All previous regulations contrary to this Decision shall be abolished.
The Minister of Science, Technology and Environment, the Minister, Head of the Organization and Cadres Affairs Council of the Government, the Ministers, Heads of ministerial-level agencies, Heads of agencies under the Government, Chairpersons of People's Committees of provinces and centrally governed cities related to this matter are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
