DECREE
On Prohibiting the Export of Machinery, Metal Objects, Cars and Car Parts
CHAIRMAN OF THE GOVERNMENT OF THE DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC OF VIETNAM
In accordance with the current needs of the State;
At the proposal of the Minister of Finance;
After deliberation by the Council of Ministers,
ISSUES THIS DECREE:
Article 1
From the date this Decree is signed until a new order is issued, throughout the entire territory of Vietnam, the export to foreign countries of machinery, metal objects, cars and car parts is prohibited.
Article 2
Those who violate this Decree shall be punished in accordance with current customs laws.
Article 3
The Ministers of Finance, Economy, and Justice are hereby entrusted to enforce this Decree.
