ON THE IMPLEMENTATION OF THE COMPENSATION REGIME FOR PRIVATE EXPERTSp

PRIME MINISTER

Pursuant to the Government Organization Law dated September 30, 1992;

Pursuant to Decree No. 25/CP dated May 23, 1993 of the Government on the temporary regime of new salaries for civil servants, administrative and public service officials, and armed forces personnel;

Pursuant to Decree No. 117/HĐBT dated July 21, 1988 of the Council of Ministers (now the Government) on private expertise;

At the proposal of the Minister, Head of the Civil Service Organization Board of the Government, the Minister of Finance, and the Minister of Justice,

DECISION:

Article 1. The following compensation regime for private experts during the performance of expertise is hereby stipulated:

- For cases where expertise is conducted per case, the highest compensation for one case is VND 150,000, and the lowest is VND 10,000;

- For cases where expertise is conducted per day of work, the compensation for one day of work is VND 12,000.

Article 2. The Minister, Head of the Civil Service Organization Board of the Government, the Minister of Finance, and the Minister of Justice shall be responsible for guiding the implementation of this Decision.

Article 3. This Decision takes effect from the date of signature.

Article 4. The Minister, Heads of ministerial-level agencies, Heads of government-affiliated agencies, Chairpersons of People's Committees of provinces and centrally governed cities shall be responsible for implementing this Decision.
