MINISTER OF INFORMATION AND COMMUNICATIONS
Pursuant to Decree No. 187/2007/ND-CP dated December 25, 2007 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Information and Communications;
Pursuant to Decree No. 102/2009/ND-CP dated November 6, 2009 of the Government on management of investment in information technology applications using state budget funds;
Pursuant to Circular No. 06/2011/TT-BTTTT dated February 28, 2011 of the Ministry of Information and Communications on the establishment and management of investment costs in information technology applications;
At the proposal of the Director of the Department of Planning and Finance,
DECISION:
Article 1. The Installation Standards for Hardware and Software Installation in Information Technology Applications attached hereto are hereby announced for relevant agencies, organizations, and individuals to refer to and use in their work of hardware installation and software installation in information technology application activities.
Article 2. This Decision shall take effect from the date of signing.
Article 3. The Director of the Office, Heads of the Planning and Finance Department, and Heads of related units are responsible for implementing and enforcing this Decision./.
