NO.: 161 DATE: APRIL 14, 1948
OF THE CHAIRMAN OF THE GOVERNMENT OF THE DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC OF VIETNAM
CHAIRMAN OF THE GOVERNMENT OF THE DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC OF VIETNAM
Pursuant to Decree-Law No. 57 dated May 3, 1946 on the organization of Ministries,
Pursuant to Decree-Law No. 58 dated May 3, 1946 on the organization of the Ministry of Interior,
At the proposal of the Minister of Interior,
ISSUES THE FOLLOWING DECREE-ORDER:
Article 1
Appoints Mr. Le Duc Quang to hold the position of Director of the Department of Legal Affairs under the Ministry of Interior as of April 1, 1948.
Article 2
The Minister of Interior shall implement this Decree-Law accordingly.
