THE MINISTER OF AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT
On the basis of Decision No. 57/QD-TTg dated January 9, 2012 of the Prime Minister approving the Forest Protection and Development Plan for the period 2011-2020;
On the basis of Decision No. 58/QD-TTg dated January 9, 2012 of the Prime Minister establishing the National Steering Committee for the Forest Protection and Development Plan for the period 2011-2020;
Considering the proposal of the General Department of Forestry - Head of the Office of the National Steering Committee for the Forest Protection and Development Plan for the period 2011-2020,
Assigning the targets and tasks of the Forest Protection and Development Plan for 2013 to ministries, sectors, provincial People's Committees under the Central Government, detailed in the annex attached to this Decision.
DECISION:
Article 1. 1. Based on the assigned tasks, the development investment capital from the central budget for 2013 as allocated in Decision No. 1756/QD-BKHĐT dated December 20, 2012 of the Ministry of Planning and Investment, and other lawful sources of funds, ministries, sectors, provincial People's Committees under the Central Government shall proactively implement and complete the tasks of the Forest Protection and Development Plan for 2013.
Article 2. Implementation
2. Assigning the General Department of Forestry and the Office of the National Steering Committee for the Forest Protection and Development Plan for the period 2011-2020 to aggregate, monitor, and report on the implementation of the Plan, promptly proposing solutions to the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development and the National Steering Committee for the Forest Protection and Development Plan for the period 2011-2020 regarding the implementation of this Decision.
Ministers, Heads of ministerial-level agencies, Chairmen of provincial People's Committees under the Central Government, members of the National Steering Committee, and the Head of the Office of the National Steering Committee for the Forest Protection and Development Plan for the period 2011-2020 are responsible for enforcing this Decision.
Article 3. This Decision shall take effect from the date of signing.
