Article 1. Assigns the Southern Agricultural Science Institute under the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development the task of conducting graduate education.
Article 2. The Ministry of Education and Training shall, together with the Ministry of Science and Technology, define the fields of study at the Southern Agricultural Science Institute.
Article 3. The Ministers of Education and Training, Science and Technology, Agriculture and Rural Development, Finance, and the Heads of relevant Ministries and agencies are responsible for implementing this Decision.
