Regarding the abolition of legal normative documents
THE MINISTER OF FOREIGN AFFAIRS
On the basis of the Law on Enacting Legal Normative Documents dated November 12, 1996,
Pursuant to Decision number Decision 355/TTg dated May 28, 1997 of the Prime Minister regarding the establishment of the Government Steering Committee for the Comprehensive Review and Systematization of Legal Normative Documents;
Decree No. 82/Decision 882/CP dated November 10, 1993 of the Government on functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs; organization LIMITATION set machinery of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs;
Pursuant to the proposal of the Head of the Steering Committee for the Review and Systematization of Legal Normative Documents of the Ministry 1. A request for amending and supplementing the passport (according to the prescribed form);
DECISION:
Article 1. Repeal nine legal normative documents attached to this Decision.
Article 2. THIS DECISION SHALL TAKE EFFECT 15 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF SIGNATURE.
Article 3. The Heads of the Office, the Department of Organization and Cadres, and the Heads of units under the Ministry shall be responsible for implementing this Decision.
