Pursuant to the Law on the Organization of the Government dated September 30, 1992;
Considering the need for search and rescue work tasks in the new phase,

Article 1. Supplementing the list of members of the National Committee for Search and Rescue specified in Article 5 of Decision No. 63/2000/QD-TTg dated June 7, 2000 of the Prime Minister regarding the renaming and supplementation of the tasks of the National Committee for Search and Rescue as follows:
- One Deputy Minister of Public Security, Vice Chairman of the Committee;
- One Deputy Minister of Health, Vice Chairman of the Committee.
Article 2. This Decision takes effect from the date of signing.
Article 3. The Ministers, Heads of ministerial-level agencies, Heads of government-affiliated agencies, Chairmen of provincial People's Committees under central cities, Chairman and members of the National Committee for Search and Rescue are responsible for implementing this Decision.
