Regarding the establishment of the Ethnic Groups and Religion Board of Hoa Binh Province
PRIME MINISTER
Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government dated December 25, 2001;
Pursuant to the Law on the Organization of People's Councils and People's Committees dated June 21, 1994, and the Ordinance on Specific Duties and Authorities of People's Councils and People's Committees at Each Level dated June 25, 1996;
Considering the proposal of the Chairman of the People's Committee of Hoa Binh Province, the Minister of Home Affairs, the Minister and Head of the Ethnic Groups Committee, and the Director of the Religious Board of the Government,
DECISION:
Article 1. Establish the Ethnic Groups and Religion Board under the Hoa Binh Provincial People's Committee.
The Ethnic Groups and Religion Board is a specialized agency of the Hoa Binh Provincial People's Committee, with the function of assisting the Hoa Binh Provincial People's Committee in state management of ethnic affairs and religious matters.
Article 2. The Chairman of the Hoa Binh Provincial People's Committee shall specify the specific duties, authorities, and organizational structure of the Hoa Binh Provincial Ethnic Groups and Religion Board.
Article 3. The Standard Measurement Quality Control Department shall be responsible for organizing and guiding the implementation of the Regulations adopted herein.
The Chairman of the Hoa Binh Provincial People's Committee, the Minister and Head of the Ethnic Groups Committee, the Director of the Religious Board of the Government, and the Minister of Home Affairs are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
