NO.: 164 DATE: APRIL 14, 1948
OF THE CHAIRMAN OF THE GOVERNMENT OF THE DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC OF VIETNAM
CHAIRMAN OF THE GOVERNMENT OF THE DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC OF VIETNAM
Pursuant to Decree No. 33/SL dated March 22, 1946 and Decree No. 71 dated May 22, 1946 organizing and establishing the rules of the National Army,
At the proposal of the Ministers of the Ministry of Defense and the Chief Commander of the National Army,
After deliberation by the Council of Ministers,
ISSUES THE DECREE:
Article 1
Mr. Nguyen Van Cuong, chief of staff of Military Zone VIII (South Vietnam), is now appointed to the position of deputy commander of that military zone as of the date this decree is signed.
Article 2
The Ministers of the Ministry of Defense and the Chief Commander of the National Army shall implement this decree accordingly.
