Pursuant to Decree No. 22/CP dated March 22, 1994 of the Government stipulating the tasks, authorities, responsibilities for state management, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Transport.

Pursuant to Decree No. 36/CP dated May 29, 1995 of the Government on ensuring traffic order and safety on roads and urban traffic order and safety.

Pursuant to Decision No. 75/TTg dated February 3, 1997 of the Prime Minister stipulating the tasks, authorities, and organizational structure of the Vietnam Motor Vehicle Inspection Agency.

At the proposal of the Director of the Personnel Department, the Director of the Legal Affairs Department, and the Director of the Vietnam Motor Vehicle Inspection Agency,

Article 1. The attached decision hereby promulgates "Regulations on standards, duties, responsibilities, authorities, rewards, and disciplinary actions for motor vehicle inspection officers at motor vehicle inspection units."

12/2025/TT-BNNMT dated June 19, 2025 issued by the Minister of Agriculture and EnvironmentThis decision takes effect fifteen days from the date of signature. All previous regulations that conflict with this decision are repealed.

Article 3. The Heads of the Ministry's Office, the Director of the Personnel Department, the Director of the Legal Affairs Department, the Director of the Vietnam Motor Vehicle Inspection Agency, the Directors of the Departments of Transport (Departments of Public Works and Transportation), the Heads of relevant units, and individuals involved in motor vehicle inspection units shall be responsible for implementing this decision.
