Regarding the issuance of regulations on managing business for export-import activities in construction
THE MINISTER OF CONSTRUCTION
Pursuant to Decree No. 15/CP dated March 4, 1994 of the Government Chairman regarding the functions, tasks, authorities, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Construction;
Pursuant to Decree No. 33/CP dated April 19, 1994 of the Government on state management over export-import activities;
Pursuant to Decree No. 38/CP dated May 4, 1994 of the Government on reforming administrative procedures in handling citizens' and organizations' affairs;
Considering the proposal of the Director of the Planning and Statistics Department,

Article 1. This Decision promulgates the Regulations on managing business for export-import activities in construction.
Article 2. These Regulations shall take effect from the date of signature.
Article 3. The Director of the Planning and Statistics Department shall be responsible for guiding the implementation of these Regulations.
Heads of enterprises under the Ministry and relevant functional departments shall be responsible for implementing these Regulations./.
