PRIME MINISTER

Pursuant to the Government Organization Law dated September 30, 1992;

Pursuant to Decree No. 12/CP dated March 11, 1996 of the Government on the functions, powers, tasks, and organizational structure of the General Post总局

At the proposal of the General Post总局 Director and the Minister, Head of the Organization-Cadre Department of the Government,

DECISION:

Article 1. Establish the Postal Quality Management Center under the General Post总局 to manage, inspect, test, evaluate, and certify conformity regarding the quality of services, networks, facilities, and telecommunications equipment.

The Postal Quality Management Center is a service unit with revenue, having legal personality, its own seal and separate account. Its headquarters is located in Hanoi city.

12/2025/TT-BNNMT dated June 19, 2025 issued by the Minister of Agriculture and EnvironmentThe functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Center shall be stipulated by the General Post总局 Director.

Article 3. This Decision shall take effect fifteen days from the date of issuance.

The General Post总局 Director, the Minister, the Head of the Organization-Cadre Department of the Government, the Ministers, Heads of ministerial-level agencies, Heads of governmental agencies, Chairpersons of provincial People's Committees directly under the Central Government are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
