Regarding the establishment of the Customs Office of Phuoc Binh Province

PRIME MINISTER
Pursuant to the Government Organization Law dated September 30, 1992;
Pursuant to Decree No. 16/CP dated March 7, 1994 of the Government on the functions, tasks, and organizational structure of the General Department of Customs;
Considering the proposal of the Director General of the General Department of Customs, the Minister, the Head of the Civil Service Committee under the Government, and the Chairman of the People's Committee of Phuoc Binh Province,
DECISION:
Article 1. The Customs Office of Phuoc Binh Province shall be established under the General Department of Customs.
The Customs Office of Phuoc Binh Province shall have its own seal, bank account, and office located in Phuoc Binh Province.
Article 2. The Director General of the General Department of Customs shall stipulate the functions, tasks, and organizational structure of the Customs Office of Phuoc Binh Province.
Article 3. THIS DECISION SHALL TAKE EFFECT 15 DAYS AFTER THE DATE OF SIGNATURE.
Article 4. The Ministers, Heads of ministerial-level agencies, Heads of government agencies, and Chairpersons of provincial People's Committees and municipal People's Committees directly under the Central Government are responsible for enforcing this Decision./.
