PRIME MINISTER

Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government dated December 25, 2001;

Pursuant to Directive No. 21-CT/TW dated March 26, 2008 of the Politburo on further strengthening leadership and guidance of drug prevention, control, and supervision work in the new situation;

Considering the proposal of the Minister of Public Security,

DECISION:

Article 1. The Implementation Plan for Directive No. 21-CT/TW dated March 26, 2008 of the Politburo on further strengthening leadership and guidance of drug prevention, control, and supervision work in the new situation is hereby attached to this Decision.

Article 2. This Decision shall take effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette.

Article 3. THE MINISTERS, HEADS OF GOVERNMENT-LEVEL MINISTRIES, HEADS OF GOVERNMENT-LEVEL AGENCIES, AND CHAIRMEN OF PROVINCE AND CITY PEOPLE'S COMMITTEES DIRECTLY UNDER THE CENTRAL GOVERNMENT SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ENFORCING THIS DECISION./.
