CIRCULAR

Repeals Decision No. 37/2006/QĐ-BTC dated July 11, 2006 of the Minister of Finance

promulgating the list of service prices for processing archival paper-based documents in Vietnamese

Pursuant to the Law on Legislative Activities dated June 3, 2008;

Pursuant to Decree No. 24/2009/ND-CP dated March 5, 2009 of the Government detailing and providing implementation measures for the Law on Enacting Regulatory Legal Documents;

Pursuant to Decree No. 118/2008/NĐ-CP dated November 27, 2008 of the Government on the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Finance;

At the proposal of the Director of the Price Management Department and the Head of the Legal Department,

the Ministry of Finance announces:

Article 1. Repeals Decision No. 37/2006/QĐ-BTC dated July 11, 2006 of the Ministry of Finance promulgating the list of service prices for processing archival paper-based documents in Vietnamese. From January 10, 2011 until this Circular takes effect, cases that have implemented the unit price for processing archival paper-based documents according to the unit price specified in Decision No. 37/2006/QĐ-BTC shall settle accounts and finalize payments according to Decision No. 37/2006/QĐ-BTC.

Article 2. This Circular shall take effect forty-five days from the date of signature.

Article 3. The Director of the Price Management Department, the Head of the Legal Department, units under the Ministry, and related agencies are responsible for implementing this Circular.
