DECREE
Regarding the issuance of stamps with an additional charge “Bảo Anh”
CHAIRMAN OF THE COUNCIL OF MINISTERS OF THE DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC OF VIET NAM
In accordance with the request of the President of the "Bảo Anh" Association;
In accordance with the decision of the Council of Ministers dated August 6, 1946;
The Council of Ministers agrees;
ISSUES THE DECREE:
Article 1
Permits printing over the YERSIN type post stamp in the 6 xu denomination the words "Vietnam Democratic Republic, Bảo Anh". The additional charge is 2đ.00.
Article 2
The proceeds from the additional charge on such stamps shall be distributed as follows:
a) One half to the "Bảo Anh" Association.
b) One half to the National Defense Fund.
Article 3
The Ministers of Communications, National Defense and Finance are hereby instructed to implement this Decree.
