OF THE CHAIRMAN OF THE GOVERNMENT OF THE DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC OF VIETNAM
NO. 265 ON November 25, 1947
THE CHAIRMAN OF THE GOVERNMENT OF THE DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC OF VIETNAM
Pursuant to the proposal of the Ministry of Interior, the Ministry of National Defense and the General Command of the National Army,
After deliberation by the Council of Ministers,
ISSUES THE DECREE-LAW:
Article 1
The province of Quảng Yên (including the area of Hồng Gai) shall be incorporated into War Zone 12, in all aspects of anti-French resistance administration and military affairs.
Article 2
The Anti-French Resistance Committee of War Zone 3, the Anti-French Resistance Committee of War Zone 12, and the Office of the Chairman of the Government shall implement this decree-law accordingly.
