PRIME MINISTER
Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government dated December 25, 2001;
Pursuant to Decision No. 46/2006/QD-TTg dated February 28, 2006 of the Government Chairman on approving the Master Plan for the Search and Rescue Sector until 2015 with a vision to 2020;
Considering the proposal of the Chairman of the National Committee for Search and Rescue,
DECISION:
Article 1. Approves the detailed list of types of search and rescue equipment and the list of investment projects for producing and purchasing specialized equipment for search and rescue until 2015 attached as Appendix I and II to this Decision.
During implementation, these lists set forth in this Article will be reviewed and adjusted to ensure they meet the needs of search and rescue operations and the socio-economic development of the country.
Article 2. This Decision takes effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette.
Article 3. The Ministers, Heads of ministerial-level agencies, Heads of government-affiliated agencies, Chairmen of provincial People's Committees under central cities, and the Chairman of the National Committee for Search and Rescue are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
